One shake contains 27g of protein. Protein is an essential component of the body, representing approximately 15-17% of body mass in adults. It serves as building material for muscle growth and maintenance, in addition to contributing to bone health.

Mammut Whey Protein has a high natural content of BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids). Immediately after consumption, blood amino acid levels increase, making it especially suitable for before and after workouts. A high level of amino acids in the blood results in better nutrient delivery to the muscles before or after exercise. BCAA stands for "branched-chain amino acids." These include L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine. Amino acids are the building blocks of all proteins and, therefore, essential for the body. The BCAAs present in whey protein are three of the eight essential amino acids that our body needs to obtain through food, as it cannot produce them.
