The Gas Energy Gel is a professional-grade gel with a carbohydrate blend: maltodextrin, dextrose, and fructose in a 2:1:1 ratio to provide energy during exercise. It comes in an ergonomic package designed for perfect transport and use by athletes.

The Gas Energy Gel series is a formula developed by a scientific team of nutritionists and tested by high-performance athletes. When training for more than an hour, it is advisable to consume carbohydrates during the workout. The minimum recommended intake is 60 to 80 grams of carbohydrates per hour. Therefore, you can combine it with our IsoFire Gas Series to maintain that ratio.
