GO Electrolyte by SIS® - Drink rich in carbohydrates and electrolytes 

GO Electrolyte from SIS® contains a quick-supply and easily digestible blend of carbohydrates as well as electrolytes (such as sodium) that promote optimal hydration. A combination of energy sources and electrolytes increases the body's ability to absorb water during exercise, maintains endurance performance and protects against cramps. The product is blended in appropriate concentrations of carbohydrates (36g as a 6% solution), sodium (20mmol/L) and liquid (500ml serving) to achieve the combined energy and hydration goals.

Ingredients: Blend of carbohydrates (93%) (maltodextrin (from corn), fructose), citric acid, electrolytes (2%) (sodium chloride, calcium lactate, potassium chloride, sodium citrate, magnesium citrate), flavoring natural, sweetener (aspartame).

Mode of Use: For easy mixing, use bottles that have markers to indicate the correct level of powder. Or add 2 scoops (40g) to 500ml of water in a bottle and shake well, ensuring the cap is tightly closed. Drink 500ml every 45-60 minutes of exercise or as needed. Once prepared, consume within 24 hours.
